What to Expect
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by one of our Virginia Harmonic Egg Consultants and we will introduce you to the Harmonic Egg and guide you through your appointment. Our professionally trained and experienced consultants will work with you to ensure that we know the type of healing that you desire to achieve.
Your first sessions is 75 mins, of which 50 minutes is spent inside the Harmonic Egg, the balance is required to complete the intake form. We use the information from this form to prepare your session. Before you go into the Harmonic Egg, we will discuss together what you have filled in. The purpose of this is to clarify what you want to get out of the session and to formulate an intention with which you go into the Harmonic Egg. The 'egg' is an intention enhancer. So, the better we do this, the more you get out of the session.
We make sure you are comfortable in the zero-gravity reclining chair. Both light and sound are customized based upon the type of healing that you desire to achieve. Gentle music will assuage your senses for 40 minutes, followed by the ringing of gentle chimes which lets you know you have 10 minutes of silence to allow your Harmonic Egg experience to blend before the door opens.
Every session in the Harmonic Egg is different. The effect is often very soft and subtle.
Clients have experienced being ‘worked on' at different levels and have profound insights, (renewed) contact with guides, and very deep relaxation. Physical improvements are also part of the results. Pain decreases, mobility increases, healing accelerates, and sleep improves in many people who regularly return for a visit in the Harmonic Egg.
Most clients feel an improvement after their first session in the Harmonic Egg, however, we do suggest 3-8 sessions would be advisable to achieve your goals. It takes time and depends on many different factors. The Harmonic Egg is fantastic in supporting the self-healing ability of your body, mind, and soul.
